The Loudoun County government is activating the Loudoun County Major Event Hotline for people who have non-emergency questions related to the record-setting snowstorm and the significant storm that is expected to arrive shortly.

CSI is sending all trash trucks to residents today. They do not have an inclement weather policy, and make a decision on a day-to-day basis. The Board as been in constant contact with Centex regarding removing the snow from the streets so you have one passable lane. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact the board on our Contact page.

For those of you on Samantha Drive, VDOT’s guidelines state they have 4 days to remove snow over 18″, so it may be a while before the snow is removed.

Please read the message from Centex (who is handling cleaning our streets!) on handling the snow storm.
