TRASH SCHEDULE:
Tuesday & Friday — Trash
Wednesday — Recycling
Wednesday — Yard Waste April 1 - December 31 (remember to bundle all items!)
Reminder: All trash & recycle containers should be stored out of view at all times except on the evening before and the day of trash/recycle collection.
Special Item Pick-up:
CSI will recycle numerous metal items, such as bikes, tire rims, bed frames, metal pipes, etc. They will also accept bulk items, such as dryers, stoves, dishwashers, etc. These items require special handling, therefore, need to be called into CSI's customer service department at 703.444.3181. There will be a separate charge associated with the pick-up of some of these items, so please call CSI to determine the cost before placing them at your curb. Once scheduled, the item will be picked up on recycling day.
Your Board of Directors would like to welcome you to the Richland Forest HOA Web page! We've developed this site in order to add another means of communications for our residents. We hope to bring you all sorts of interesting items, including Board meeting minutes, newsletters, rules and regulations, announcements, etc. You can also submit e-mail messages (to board @ richlandforest.com) about issues of concern or questions you might have, and download architecture change application documents. We hope you'll take advantage of this new service and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we fine tune the web site. Your input and suggestions are appreciated. We look forward to hearing from you and we hope you will consider volunteering to help your community by serving on a committee or helping with a special project.
